Information you provide
Run registration collects your full name, age, WhatsApp number, T-shirt size, location and consent records. Donation and contact forms collect the details shown on those forms. We use these details to manage entries, respond to messages, handle contributions and communicate relevant event information.
Payments and records
Checkout is provided by Razorpay. Payment records may include an order identifier, payment identifier, amount, status and verification history. Card details and payment credentials are entered in the payment provider’s checkout, not stored by this website. Razorpay processes payment information under its own privacy terms.
Who can access information
Authorised club staff and registration coordinators may access information needed to manage the event, including cash entries and payment reconciliation. Member profiles on this website publish names only.
Retention and requests
Registration and transaction information is retained as needed for event administration, reconciliation and applicable obligations. Use the contact form to request access, correction or deletion; certain transaction records may need to be retained. Please include only the information needed to identify your entry.
Security and cookies
Administrative access is restricted by role. To recover an interrupted checkout, this browser tab temporarily saves your entered details and payment reference in session storage; they are cleared after confirmation. Event information
Run for Life 2026 is scheduled for 15 November 2026 from 5 AM onwards in Jind. The advertised theme is “Say No to Drugs.” Venue, distance, route, bib collection arrangements and prize distribution rules are awaiting organiser confirmation. Overall prizes are advertised as up to ₹1 lakh; no individual prize entitlement is implied.
Registration and pricing
Participants must be between 14 and 80 years old. The standard entry fee is ₹300, with a 10% early-bird discount through 5 October 2026 at 11:59:59 PM in Asia/Kolkata. The discounted entry fee is ₹270. Applicable gateway charges are added and shown before payment. Registration is confirmed only when the payment is verified or an authorised coordinator records a cash payment.
Participant responsibility and consent
Provide accurate registration details and select your intended T-shirt size. Participants under 18 require parent or guardian consent. Consider your fitness for the activity, seek qualified medical advice where appropriate and follow organiser instructions at the event. These terms do not exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Cancellation, refunds and transfers
The organiser’s cancellation, refund and transfer policy is awaiting confirmation. Please contact the club before payment if these terms affect your decision. No automatic refund, transfer or cancellation entitlement is represented by this website.
Donations
Contributions support the club’s service work. The website does not represent that donations qualify for any tax deduction or exemption. Please request clarification from the club before contributing if documentation or a designated purpose is important to you.
Test checkout
While the site displays a test-payment notice, checkout is a demonstration and does not collect live money. A successful test payment is a test record, not a confirmed paid event entry or a real donation.
